30 day Slimdown!

As a way to get myself a jump start back into the weight loss business...I am starting a 30 day challenge for myself.   The challenge is basic - follow an 1800-2000 calorie diet for 30 days.  Exercise 5 days per week for at least 30 minutes each time

Sounds simple right?

Not as simple for a hungry dietitian...especially one who works 50 hours a week and tends to eat to relax. 

So three cheers to a little 30 day experiment in seeing what calorie reduction and increased exercise can do.  I also plan to start addressing my behavioral issues, such as eating when I am bored...fighting self defeating thoughts etc.  So I will report in on that.
